The Aggregated Suicide Safety Assessment Tool provides opportunities for communities and individuals to self-identify areas of strength and those for development against the Australian Suicide Safety Standards (currently being drafted).
Upon completion of the self-assessment tool, users are presented with a report that assists them to identify where they are positioned within the (proposed) Standards. The self-assessment tool incorporates an adaptive algorithm that selects questions in an online questionnaire based on the user’s responses and then provides them with recommendations of ‘next steps’ toward increased suicide safety.
